The new loan agreements have been signed by more than 40 financial institutions.
With the financing deal, MVV will take a 50.1% equity stake in the company for €99.4m. Juwi founders Fred Jung and Matthias Willenbacher will in the future hold a combined 49.9%, and remain in the company's management as chief executives of the Juwi group.
