In nearly every way, the sector has made almost unprecedented strides to meet constant demands: bigger machines, lower costs, new geographies, higher performance. In an environment of almost constant political hesitation, it has, for want of a better metaphor, kept the wind in its sails through thick and thin.

Over the past 15 years, I have seen the wind world through many eyes: from leading product development, to building and managing factories around the globe, driving performance in the supply chain and supporting operational assets for owners and investors.
