The portfolio includes seven operating projects totaling 87MW capacity and another one under construction with 44MW capacity.
Quebec-based Innergex says it will pay €60m for the seven operating projects and will complete the deal by 30 April.
It has made a €10m deposit for the project under construction. After it is commissioned and enters full commercial operation, it will pay WPD an additional €23m.
