The agreement with an affiliate company of ArcLight Capital Partners sees Infigen dispose of its interests in 18 plants with a total 1.56GW of installed capacity, and follows a competitive sale staged on behalf of the Australian group.
Infigen said the proceeds of the sale will help reduce its debts and strengthen the financial position of its business in Australia.
The disposal accounts for the majority of the 1.6GW
