Sources close to Centerbridge confirmed that Arpwood paid about $112m for the stake in the investment vehicle that owns Senvion. The governance between Senvion and Centerbridge remains unchanged, Senvion says.
Centerbridge, a US private equity group, completed its €1.05bn ($1.18bn) acquisition of Senvion from Indian turbine maker Suzlon in April.
