Today the plant employs 400. And with a bulging order backlog, the German company is about to install a fourth blade mould, pushing the workforce higher still. The factory now runs 24 hours a day, five days a week — but this will soon be expanded to seven days.

“We need weekend capacity as well,” says plant manager Niels Kelter-Wesenberg.
