Around 60% of the new capacity, or 1.043GW was installed in the US, while 420MW was installed in Spain, 130MW in the UK and 187MW in the rest of Europe and Latin America.
Iberdrola’s production was over 25.4 TWh, 18.2% higher than in 2009. Of this, 96.5% came from wind power, while the rest came from mini hydro, solar PV and biomass.
