Iberdrola says it installed 2.05GW in new capacity during the year up to the end of June, increasing its capacity by 25.8%.
“These 10,003 megawatts (MW) are equivalent to 10 average Spanish nuclear plants, and can avoid the emission of around eight million tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) per year,” says Iberdrola.
More than half of the new capacity was installed in the US (1.1GW)
