GWEC’s Global Wind 2008 Report, which it will present at the European Wind Energy Conference in Marseilles on 17 March, says capacity will grow at an annual rate of 22% during the period, compared to the last decade’s average of 28%, led by rapid growth in China, and continuing growth in the US and Europe.
