Under a non-binding agreement, the GIC will acquire Greenko’s entire holding in its subsidiary, Greenko Mauritius.
If completed, the disposal will result in the sale of all of the company's Indian projects and will release it from all associated financial liabilities, including the development, ownership and operation of clean-energy projects in the country.
Greenko has 402MW of wind capacity in operation and 402MW in an advanced stage of construction.
