Marine construction group Lamprell says the launch of the giant jack-up ship followed the heaviest vessel land-move ever undertaken in the Middle East, with a transport weight of 12,200 tonnes.
Brave Tern, which will enter service at 14,800 tonnes, is now in the water for further outfitting ahead of its delivery later this year.
