The compromise comes ahead of an expected final vote in both houses of parliament Friday of the country's Renewable Energies Act (EEG) and a new law for the support of offshore wind (WindSeeG).
To better "synchronise the expansion of wind energy at sea with the grid expansion on land," the volume of special interim tenders for the offshore wind will be raised to 3.1GW
