Net additions (excluding repowering) for wind energy on land in the reference period from February 2015 to January 2016 reached 3.56GW, prompting the agency to announce another faster-than-usual reduction in mostly feed-in tariff based support levels.
Initial support will go down to roughly €0.0858 ($0.0936) per kilowatt hour of electricity fed into the grid from July 2016 onwards, down from €0.0869/kWh
