“For that the federal government, next to a purchase premium, needs to provide additional expansion volumes in renewable technologies beyond the amounts currently being discussed. Otherwise, apparently clean e-cars soon run on dirty electricity from coal.”
Germany’s energy minister in a draft reform of the Renewable Energies Act (EEG) plans to use the annual volume of onshore wind additions to make sure overall RE expansion volumes aren’t overshot as in the past.
