German utility EnBW earlier this week announced it had reached a deal with Siemens to supply 71 SWT-7-154 turbines for Hohe See.
GeoSea, as sub-contractor for Siemens, will carry out the EPCI (engineering, procurement, contracting and installation) contract covering the 71 foundations, consisting of monopiles and transition pieces.
The contract value is €450m, a source close to the deal tells Recharge.
