GE Renewable Energy has won an order for four Turkish onshore wind farms with a combined capacity of 193MW to be built by local energy firm Fina Enerji.

The wind OEM will supply 52 of its 3MW platform wind turbines for the projects in Baglama, Tayakadin, Yalova and Pazarkoy. The order comes with a 10-year service agreement.

“We are excited for our new wind farm projects that will increase our installed capacity from 350MW to 543MW,” said Murat Özyeğin, chairman of the Fiba Group that owns Fina Enerji.
