The Spanish manufacturer will provide seven of its G97-2.0MW machines, bringing the total capacity of the Ma’an wind farm to 80MW upon installation in the second quarter of 2017.
It will start delivering the turbines at the end of this year, according to an emailed statement.
Elecnor is building the project on a turnkey basis for the Jordan Ministry of Energy (MEMR).
