Gamesa will supply 24 of its G87-2.0 Class S turbines, with delivery to begin from 31 August.

The Spanish company and Huadian began working together in Inner Mongolia in 2005, and the two will have built 420MW of capacity together once this latest project is finished.

Gamesa has installed almost 3,000 turbines in China at 60 sites. It also has a joint development pipeline of 3GW in the country.
