The models will be assembled at Gamesa's 640MW a year plant in the northeastern Brazilian state of Bahia, which will start production in 2016.
Up to now, Gamesa has been assembling the G97 2MW model there.
The company said that it signed firm deals for the G114 model in 2014, and now has 800MW of orders in place.
