The plant in Da’an will produce nacelles for Gamesa’s G9X 2MW turbine.
Gamesa is currently building two more plants in Tianjin and in Inner Mongolia.
It already has four facilities in Tianjin making blades, nacelles, generators and gearboxes.
“Gamesa continues to tap into the opportunities being thrown up by the fast-growing wind power markets such as China", says Gamesa China chief executive José Antonio Miranda.
