The contracts – “with customers of varying profiles” – will see Gamesa deliver G97-2.0 MW machines to five wind farms in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
The deals come with medium-and long-term operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements, said Gamesa.
The turbines will be produced at Gamesa’s factories in India, where the company has now signed almost 500MW of supply deals in 2014.
