Gamesa calls shareholders meeting to ratify Siemens wind merger

Spanish turbine-maker Gamesa has called an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting (EGM) to rubber-stamp its tie-up with Germany's Siemens Wind Power, moving the long-running merger into the home stretch.
