Flotation Energy underlined its credentials among the most ambitious developers in floating wind by sealing a partnership with shipping giant Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) to advance project opportunities in Japan.
UK-based Flotation and MOL – one of the world’s biggest shipping groups – will look to build on a 2GW portfolio the developer is already working on off the Japanese coast, starting with Niigata prefecture on the nation’s west.
