Spokesman John Lamontage tells Recharge that power from the 68-turbine facility is under contract to be sold over a 20-year period to Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA). The entity, formed in 1980, delivers electricity to two million customers.
SCPPA is providing power from Milford II to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) and Glendale Water and Power.
