Up-and-coming Envision is one of China's largest wind turbine makers, and its participation in Hamburg shows both an increased effort by Chinese companies to break into the highly competitive European wind power market, as well as Hamburg's even more clearly international calling.
Envision last year made a foray into the European market when it bought a 25MW onshore wind project near Eskilstuna in central Sweden that will use the company's EN11 2.3MW
