"Germany successfully demonstrates that ecological sustainability and the reliability and affordability of our energy supply are mutually compatible," foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said.

The guide Germany – Experience Renewable Energy that includes some 200 destinations ranging across a solar-hydropower plant at the border with Switzerland, energy trails in the low mountain areas, and offshore wind parks is being published in time for the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue conference, which starts tomorrow.
