Enercon buys 10% of 499MW Elecnor wind portfolio

In Brazil, Enercon often buys stakes in wind farms to which it supplies turbines. The plants are owned by Enerfin, a unit of Elecnor that control its wind assets in Brazil, and are located in the southernmost state of Rio Grande do Sul.

According to Brazil's antitrust court – which cleared the acquisition – Wobben will own 10% of Parques Eólicos Palmares, Ventos da Lagoa Energia and Ventos do Litoral Energia, of 57.5MW
