The wind projects are the 10MW Capão do Inglês, the 30MW Coxilha Seca and the 8MW Galpões, which sold power in 2013’s A-3 auction.
According to an Eletrosul spokesperson, since auction was held in November, Eletrosul didn't list the investment in the federal government's budget for 2014. Brazilian legislation states that companies must have their investment plans approved in the government's yearly budget.
