Power distribution group Del Sur, which will co-ordinate the tender with government entities, has published the draft rules and expects to conclude the process this year or early in 2017. Del Sur is holding the tender in the name of itself and six other distribution companies in the country, and the process will be overseen by the national power regulator, SIGET.
