The developer is seeking approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Agency (FERC) by 1 December for a proposed agreement between affiliates for use of shared grid infrastructure for Cimarron Bend (CB) I and II, each 200MW, and an adjacent but not publicly announced CB III.
This includes substation infrastructure and “discrete radial generator interconnection lines” that were developed solely for use by the projects.
