Wind capacity grew by 227.2 MW during the first nine months of the year, with the bulk of this being added in the US, France, Greece, Italy, Belgium and Portugal.
EDF-EN is currently constructing 830.2 MW of wind capacity which it says “is expected to post a strong increase” during the fourth quarter of the year.
Solar capacity reached 19MW at the end of September.
