The subsidiary of EDF Energies Nouvelles (EDF-EN) bought shares held by Hydroméga Services.
The deal was agreed in October 2009, but was subject to conditions which have now been fulfilled.
Saint-Laurent Énergies was formed in 2008 by EDF-EN, Hydroméga Services and RES Canada to manage the development of five Québec based wind energy projects.
The firm is now owned by EDF-EN Canada and RES Canada, which has a 30% stake.
