The agreement, the terms of which were not specified, is expected to lead to construction of a pilot project using SheerWind's Invelox design in Denmark before the end of the year.
"Denmark has a long history of introducing ground-breaking wind technology," states E-Venturi chief executive Lars Lindebjerg Peterson.
"We plan to market this innovative solution to some of the world's leaders in renewable and environmental advancements, and expect it to aid Denmark in reaching its renewable energy goals."
