The project will feature 47 turbines spread over two sites — Songkjølen and Engerfjellet — totalling 28 sq km. The wind farm is expected to generate 390GWh annually.
“This is good news for the expansion of renewable energy in Norway. We now hope to be able to take a final investment decision by the end of next year,” said Anette Blücher, head of development at E.ON
