Eneco recently called on the government to rethink the 2006 Network Management Act (WON) after the Dutch Supreme Court decreed that the law doesn't conflict with European legislation.
Enforcing the act and unbundling Eneco's grid management and supply activities would lead to a "sell-out" of Eneco and fellow Dutch energy company Delta, which had taken legal action against the law, Eneco has said.
