DNV GL signs framework deal with Lidar specialist ZephIR

The deal anoints the ZephIR 300 system as "bankable" for finance-grade wind speed and energy assessments on sites where there is no meteorological mast installed for comparison. 

ZephIR's Lidar is the first commercial wind system to receive accreditation at this level.
