Henrik Madsen, group chief executive of the newcompany, tells Recharge that the group will comprise four divisions.
One of those dealing with clean energy will be DNV GLEnergy, headquartered in Arnhem, in the Netherlands, employing some 3,000 globally. “Within this division we will operate fourdifferent service lines.”
He says the first of these will be for testing,inspection and certification of electrical equipment, using its big laboratoryin Arnhem.
