Recent unattributed press reports claimed Deepwater has been eyeing up the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal, located along the Bay Ridge Channel in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park neighbourhood. New York City is actively looking for long-term tenants to revive the facility, which has sat largely idle for decades.
