Contour says the portfolios purchased include eight operating wind farms in Austria totalling 161MW and solar sites in the Czech Republic and Slovakia totalling 40MW.
An agreement was signed and closed on 15 October with Renergie, an affiliate of Raiffeisen Holdings. An additional 98MW was signed on 22 October with REE, an affiliate of Raiffeisen Leasing, and is expected to close before year-end.
