Jung on 1 July will leave his post as CEO and chairman of the executive board to join the supervisory board.
He will be succeeded by Michael Cass, who from 18 January will act as deputy chairman of the executive board.
Cass since 2008 had been managing director at the environment section of regional utility MVV, which in 2014 bought a majority stake in the then financially troubled Juwi.
