China's Ming Yang in talks with European wind players over M&A

Li says talks with several European businesses have taken place: “We have approached many companies like REpower, Nordex, Kenersys," he says.

“They are approaching us, we approach them. This is a small industry, people know each other so people talk about prospects.”

However, Li says no specific talks over M&A have taken place with Danish turbine giant Vestas, which has been mentioned as a takeover target for Ming Yang.
