The deal covers 392MW of operational wind capacity in Poland and another 100MW in Italy, along with 107MW of capacity under construction in both countries. The average age of the operating projects is four years.
CTG will pay €392m ($428m) for a 49% stake in the projects’ equity and outstanding loans, with the price implying an enterprise value of €1.04bn
