"We all know the PPA has expired, which basically puts the project – if ever [to be built] – on a very long perspective," Tacke said at the EWEA Offshore industry event in Copenhagen, adding that all involved now need to evaluate where Cape Wind stands.
"It's not over, but it will take time until people have reconsidered what needs to be done," Tacke said.
