The CEOs put their name to a letter pledging environmental and climate measures in their own businesses, and urging world leaders to deliver at COP21 in December.
“The coalition.. believes the private sector has a responsibility to actively engage in global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and to help lead the global transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy,” says the letter, written under the auspices of the World Economic Forum.
