CanWEA proposes 30-40% renewables target for Alberta

Alberta, home of the oil sands, is "very seriously" considering a 2030 renewables target of 30-40%, which at the upper end would require a quadrupling of capacity, according to the president of the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA).
