Broadwind warned investors earlier this month that its fourth-quarter results would be worse than expected. The Chicago-based company’s chief executive Peter Duprey resigned unexpectedly in December.
Broadwind’s full-year revenue fell 12%, to $199.2m, and its backlog at the end of 2015 stood at $93.9m, down from $201.4m a year ago.
“2015 was a challenging year for Broadwind,” admits interim chief executive Stephanie Kushner.
