Duprey, a veteran of the US wind industry, and Broadwind’s chief executive since 2010, has been replaced by Stephanie Kushner, the company’s chief financial officer and executive vice president, who will serve as interim CEO while a replacement is sought.
The resignation comes at a critical time for Chicago-based Broadwind.
Over the past few years, Broadwind has shuttered facilities and is currently in the process of selling off its wind O&M business.
