ABP had until now fought a determined rearguard action against developer Able UK, which wants to create a huge new facility to serve big offshore wind farms off the Humber region's coastline.
ABP – which had plans of its own to site a new jetty and fuel terminal on land earmarked for the marine energy park – today said it would end its challenges after its latest application to the UK High Court failed last week.
