Avangrid, which operates 6.3GW of renewables capacity in the US through its ownership of Iberdrola Renewables, lifted its earnings outlook for this year to $2.10-$2.20 per share, up from its previous guidance of $2.00 per share.
The increase is almost entirely due to the company’s renewables division, which Avangrid now expects to contribute earnings of $0.53-$0.58 per share, up from its previous guidance of $0.40
