The project known as Parque Eólico Manatiales Behr is projected to have 30, 3.4MW machines at hub heights of 79 meters that will supply YPF industrial operations in Chubut.
Chubut is located in the windy Patagonia region where a significant amount of Argentina's 2 terawatt plus wind power potential is located. Wind measurements for the project's development between 2012 and 2014 registered average winds over 10 meters per second where the facility will be located.
